AARP Tax-Aide Volunteer

Registering as an AARP volunteer will give you access to materials intended “For AARP Eyes Only” as well as the privileges under “All Others” .
You will need to provide your AARP Tax-Aide ID number (nine digits) and the email address that you use with AARP, as well as the email address that you want to use here (it could be the same).
Initially, you will be given regular access until your AARP status has been verified. That could take up to 24 hours but is usually quicker. You will receive an email upon verification.
If you are not an AARP volunteer, registering only allows you to use the Contact Us form. Future versions may require registering for additional access. Registering only requires a confirmed address and a name.
While you will not have access to the AARP materials, the IRS sources that are used by AARP are available here. If there is an AARP source for information and a non-AARP source, both are provided when possible.
